- LED count observed through the vendor-compatible protocol: 108.
- Color encoding: HSV byte triplets.

## Safety constraints

- Stock firmware only.
- No firmware flashing, bootloader, factory reset, or EEPROM reset flows.
- Volatile streaming is the normal mode.
- Keep vendor configuration tools closed while the daemon owns the HID interface.
- Media renderers execute local tools only against user-provided paths or URLs.
